Booking System

The FreePOS add-on of the booking system allows for simple online booking of your tables and your restaurant for table sitting. We have provided a form for your staff to fill out while taking the booking and a deposit can be taken at this point also. Once arrived you can mark off that the patron has arrived. We have provide some nice summary screens so you can see your bookings in table form or in a calendar by Day/Week/Month.

Discount Management

Our simple discount addon allows for $ discounts and for % discounts at the POS screen. Some businesses allow for this and some and some don’t, so we have made so you can turn this on or off.

Table Management

We have a list of tables for you to manage so that you can hand out table numbers to your patrons as they order. This also allows you to add new items to seated quests and then collect the total bill at the end of the sitting.

Email Receipt

You can now email all recepts direct to the customer instead of printing it. When emailing if allows you to market to the customer as well. If the customer is in the syetm then it automatically picks their email address or you can manually override it.

Loyalty Program

We have developed a simple loyalty customer program for you to implement to your customers. The system is smart enough to know past orders and you can then use a fast key to add the “usual” to this new sales today.
